The playground

The toolkit, running in your browser.

Three FDE-os skills, live and client-side — nothing leaves this page. The rules they run on are exported from the same Python sources the test suite gates (toolkit-brain.json), so what you try here is what the CLI does.

01 · jd-compiler

Paste a job description. See what it actually demands.

Which of the seven FDE competency clusters the role requires, and every named tool in the production stack — word-boundary matched, so “scalable” never counts as Scala.

$ python3 skills/jd-compiler/scripts/jd_compile.py compile your-jd.md
02 · true-scorer

Would your draft survive the ship gate?

TRUE = Transferable · Reusable · Understandable · Experience-able, 0–3 each. Gate: total ≥ 10 and no letter below 2. This is the heuristic baseline the CLI computes — structure, not vibes.

$ python3 skills/true-scorer/scripts/score.py your-draft.md
03 · invisible-workflow-mapper

Read the room before the room explains itself.

Paste raw meeting notes about how a client decides things. Get the likely decision-workflow archetype, its adoption traps, and the oblique probes to ask next. (A quick-read of the full mapper, which scores eight dimensions with confidences.)

$ python3 skills/invisible-workflow-mapper/scripts/workflow_map.py map signals.json
